Terms and Conditions
I created especially for the website a so called Two in One package deal. The reason is simple. I want to offer you a deal with no risk and the most comfort.
You can order ONLY this Two in One package deal and ONLY under the following terms. If you support me you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions:
Two in One means:
- You pay once 449 €. This includes the online advertising (website) and the advertising on the car.
- As you can imagine there's going to be a lot of traffic on my website and I have to update it regularly. For this reason I will arrange the advertising budget like this: 90% on the online advertising and 10% on the car* advertising.
This includes for the online advertising :
- I guarantee 3 years of online advertising, that's just 10 € a month. If you change your logo within that time I will change it of course FOR FREE!
- Online advertising with your logo is limited to the size 78 x 37 Pixel. One logo is not enough?! Upgrade the number of logos for a better effect. Click here for details.

- If you decide to support me and get the Two in One package deal, you should know that you can only get the money back for the advertising on the car. This includes not the part of the online advertising. For more information on the GET YOUR MONEY BACK deal* scroll down.
- Your company will also be mentioned in the category investors.
This includes for the advertising on the car :
- GET YOUR MONEY BACK deal* in case the mission fails. This means that if I can't find enough investors to support hummer-the-mission and therefore I can't finance the Hummer H2 you will GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
- I guarantee 1 year advertising on the Hummer H2 if I can accomplish the mission. This means that I found enough investors to support the mission and I can finance the Hummer H2.
- If I can't finance the Hummer H2 till 04/04/09 (the mission failed) you will GET YOUR MONEY BACK* as I mentioned above. Again this includes only the advertising of the car.
- The main driving route of the Hummer will be from Schwäbisch Gmünd to Konstanz. I will run this route at least twice a month. Click here for more information on the driving route.
Extras:
- In the media category you will find pictures of the Hummer. This is your evidence so you can see that you supported the right thing. I will update the category as often as possible to show you where the Hummer is on the road.
- If I can sell all 256 logos I will start a tour across Germany with the Hummer. This is my way to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH for making my dream come true. And of course this should boost your reputation in the whole country.
- The first and the last logo will be sold on eBay, so make sure you have an eBay account and be ready to bid. There will be the same terms and conditions as for the other 254 logos except for ONE. There will be NO GET YOUR MONEY BACK deal for these two logos.
- I will put your logo on the website as soon as possible but give me at least 24 hours to do that after I received the money on my bank account.
